Eduardo is the assistant manager at the Sir Walter Tyrrell. Aged 25 and from Brazil, he has been in England for the past four years, of which three and half years have been spent in the hospitality industry.

Dafny is also assistant manager and from Brazil, age 21. She has been in England for four years, studying English. Like Eduardo her partner, she has experience in the hospitality industry. In her spare time Dafny is studying IT.

Fiona is from Australia age 25. She has travelled through Europe for nearly a year now and this is her first time in the industry. Back in Oz she is a trained hairdresser and says her time in England is an exciting change.

Luke too is from Australia and is one of our very able barmen. He is 23 years of age and back in his native Australia he is an experienced electrician. Like Fiona he is travelling through Europe.

Geoff is our Head Chef and was previously with our sister pub The Burley Inn as well as serving some time before that as Head Chef in the Rising Sun.

Richard is 18 and a local lad from nearby Southampton. As well as working here as a barman he also helps out at home in his family's accounting business.

Peter is from Slovakia and works in our kitchen. This is his first time in England and the hospitality industry. he along with wife Monica plan to stay in England for some time and learn the language.

Monica is also from Slovakia and the wife of Peter. Like her husband this is her first time in England and the first time she has worked in the hospitality industry. Both are learning English and plan to stay for some time.

Claire is from Australia and aged 21. Her great loves are chickens and goats which she keeps as pets. She has worked in the hospitality industry for three years now and was formerly with The Burley Inn, occasionally still helping out there when they are short staffed.
