Dining Areas
There are several dining areas within the grounds of the Sir
Walter Tyrrell. Inside we have several areas where you can sit
down and relax before you dine. In two of the areas there are
real log fires for those winter evenings. If you prefer to sit
outside in the summer we have tables with seating at the front
of the pub or opposite the children's play area. Whatever your
preference we have something to suit you on your visit.
We are open for morning coffee from 10am daily.

Roasted Half a Chicken - £8.20
Roasted half of a chicken served hot, with salad and your choice
of potato.
Mignons of Lamb - £9.95
Lean pieces of lamb, button mushrooms and onions in a red wine
and redcurrant sauce, flavoured with rosemary, thyme and
juniper. Served with vegetables and your choice of potato.
Traditional Lasagne - £8.25 (£4.85 s.a.)
Layers of pasta and bolognaise sauce made to a traditional
Italian recipe, topped with cheese sauce. Served with salad and

Coated with breadcrumbs and deep fried. Served with fries and
salad.
Deep Fried Fillet of Plaice - £6.85
Coated in breadcrumbs and deep fried until golden. Served with
fries, peas and a salad garnish.
Fillets of Haddock - £8.25 (£4.55 s.a. one fillet)
Two fillets of haddock coated in breadcrumbs and deep fried until
golden. Served with salad and your choice of potato.

Chunks of sweet potato in a lively fruity sauce with onions,
peppers, carrots, swede, aubergines, butterbeans, chick peas and

Batons of lean beef gently simmered in a sauce of onions,
mushrooms, sour cream and paprika. Served with rice and salad.
